Dr. Candy Williams is an educator, leader, author, and coach who resides in Southern California. Dr. Williams earned a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, where she studied, The Best Practices of Women Leaders in the Public Sector. She holds a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from California State University-Los Angeles. Dr. Williams is a transformational servant leader who is committed to public service and wellness. As a manager in the public sector, Dr. Williams has been committed to helping others. She has served in various counseling, Training and leadership roles with public agencies and has served on Workforce Development boards. Dr. Williams is an experienced Rehabilitation Counselor and an Associate Certified Coach. Dr. Williams is a Certified Anger Management facilitator and trainer on Emotional Intelligence and is certified for EQ-2.0 + 360 assessments. Dr. Williams is interested in civic activities and demonstrates her leadership skills in the community. As a leader, she has encouraged health and wellness in the workplace. She is a member of Toastmasters International, The Association of Pan African Doctoral Scholars (APADS), and the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
