Time is valuable; however, time is often taken for granted. Due to Covid-19, many workers and families suddenly had to adjust their home and work life. For many, this meant working and having school at home. This E-Book journal provides tips for time management when working from home and a space to write thoughts and plans while navigating work and home life post-covid. This journal challenges the reader to pause, plan, and reflect.
